GENERAL INFORMATION
Retreat is open to women that are 21+
AIRPORT
Minneapolis / St. Paul (MSP)
GETTING AROUND TOWN
We will not be coordinating any ride shares. You will be responsible for your own transportation to each of the events.
COVID RESTRICTIONS
There are currently not any masking, vaccine or negative covid test restrictions in Minnesota, but each business can require masking if they choose. Please check with specific businesses for their requirements.
If you are flying into Minneapolis (MSP) Airport, please follow airport and airline Covid policies.
At this time there will not be any special Covid restrictions at any of the retreat events. We will communicate if anything changes due to mandates. Masks are welcome if you choose to wear one.

MINNESOTA WEATHER
Weather is temperamental at this time of year. Plan on layers and bring warm clothes for the evenings or early mornings.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER OF TICKET POLICY
Cancellation of a ticket must be requested by March 12th, 2023. Ticket will be refund, minus a $100 processing fee. After March 13th, 2023, no refunds are offered. You will have the option to transfer your ticket to another person for a $20.00 transfer fee, up until Thursday April 20th, 2023. If you need to transfer your ticket, please contact Theresa Duffy at theduffy1028@gmail.com. All refunds will be issued by check and could take up to 30 days after retreat for refund.
HOTEL BLOCKS
There are two hotels blocks available from Thursday 4/27/23 through Sunday 4/30/23 at the Sheraton and La Quinta hotels in Woodbury, MN
In order to get our group hotel block rates, please reserve by Friday 3/31/23.
GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

LaQuinta Hotel
If anyone is still looking for "double bed" rooms to share, there is a small block of rooms at the LaQuinta Hotel is across the parking lot of the Sheraton.

FRIDAY ACTIVITIES - 4/28/23
- VIP Experience
Information for the VIP experience with Kate and Jamie Swenson has been shared with lottery winners
Time: 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. CST
Parking: Please rideshare, Uber or Lyft if possible. There is limited parking available.
There will be cocktails and appetizers served while socializing.

Parking: Free, Easy, and convenient parking on Levels 5 & 6 of the East Side Parking Ramp!

Start Time: 5:30 p.m. CST
Meet up Location: In the Grandstand area by the Go-Kart Track. When you enter the main doors go immediately left up the ramp into the sitting area overlooking the track.
Activities to do at Fair on 4 - Food, Drinks, Go Karting, Axe Throwing & Arcade Games
This is open to anyone and their families or guests that did not get VIP tickets. You will need to coordinate your own ride to the MOA and will be responsible for your own food and drinks. There are a lot of other fun things to do at the mall. Come early and ride a roller coaster, do an escape room or shop.
SATURDAY AGENDA– 4/29/23

Retreat will be held in the Ballroom area, which is to left of the lobby in hotel
***There cannot be any outside food brought into the banquet space or the restaurant. Please eat in your room, or outside if you choose to purchase something from a Food Truck. We are not able to eat in any public spaces at the Sheraton unless it is a part of the meals served during the retreat. ***
SUNDAY AGENDA – 4/30/23
Location: JX Venue 123 - 2nd St. N, Stillwater, MN 55082
Parking: Limited Street parking or Fee Pay parking ramp across street from venue - Stillwater Public Parking at 200 - 2nd Street North, Stillwater, MN 55082
Luggage can be brought & held in a room at Sunday’s event if needed!
Please bring your pre-purchased copy of "FOREVER BOY" or pick up your pre-paid one during check-in at the event for the book signing.
In addition, there will be a professional photographer, photo booth and drawings for giveaways.
CHECK-IN EXPECTATIONS FOR RETREAT
For those with 2 Day or Saturday only tickets you will check in at the Sheraton Hotel between 7:45 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. CST. There will be 3 lines by the first letter of your last name. At check-in you will be given your badge for the weekend. Please wear it to each event.
For those with Sunday only tickets you will check in at JX Venue starting at 10:30 a.m. CST. At check-in you will be given your badge for the day.
If names have changed under any of your ticket(s), communicate any changes to Theresa Duffy at theduffy1028@gmail.com Name Tags will be created based on how you registered for the retreat. Please check to make sure your information is correct on your confirmation registration email from Eventbrite.
