About the Presentation
Finding Joy in the Secret World of Autism – General / Family Focused
Join parent and advocate Kate Swenson as she reflects on her family’s journey through an autism diagnosis, early intervention, and transition to school services. Kate will share the emotional realities families experience, the importance of community and professional support, and the transformation she experienced as both a parent and a person. Through laughter and tears, she brings the secret world of autism to life.
The evening will include a presentation, a question-and-answer session, and an opportunity to purchase Kate’s books.
