Book a Trip

Book a trip...even if it's local. Getting out of your house and changing the scenery can rejuvenate almost anyone.

06

Find the Sun

A decrease in sunlight can disrupt your body’s circadian rhythms and cause a drop in serotonin levels and Vitamin D levels, which can lead to depressive symptoms. If you can't get outside, consider purchasing a full-spectrum light box.

Don't hesitate to seek help from a medical professional if your winter blues aren't going away.
