Adjusting Your Hope As An Autism Parent

The journey of a special needs parent is a tough one. I want to tell you there is an element of grief that comes with it. And it doesn’t mean you love your child any less or that you are a bad person. It means you are human. You aren’t giving up hope. You are adjusting your hope, goals and picture of the future. Remember that autism is a spectrum….a journey…with many ups and downs. #autism
